"The room floor was very dirty, it felt like no one mopped it in days. I ended up cleaning the floor myself because I checked in really late and the floor was too dirty for me to wait for housekeeping the next morning."

"Staff went above and beyond for everything! Truly impeccable service from the front desk to housekeeping, and maintenance to the restaurant wait staff. Even the on-site Starbucks barista! Truly we were blown away by the hospitality. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the view of the water was great! Private little beach on the bay was lovely, too. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options and decadent ones too. Great spot to stay overall! "

"The staff was gray, very helpful. The room was not really clean especially the bathroom. There were chunks of soap and some trash on the bathroom floor. The hotel doesn’t seem to be up to date."
