Front desk was very welcoming. Room clean and well appointed. Lovely water views. My only complaint was the soundproofing was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced in a nicer hotel like this. It sounded like my neighbors were in the room with me and I could hear every toilet flush from above and next door very loudly. I’m not sure if this was due to my being in what appeared to be a connecting room with a door.

We loved our stay, the staff is very accommodating, we were able to check in early. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was always good but was not included with the room. We’ll be back again

Room was in disrepair - safe didn’t open, door to shower didn’t open easily, shower door leaked big time, fridge didn’t work. Whole place needs a paint job. But great location to all the restaurants and stores of Safety Harbor.

Very old hotel. The Athena elevator had a really toxic smell in it. We had to cover our noses when we used it. There was mold visible on the walls. We put out the breakfast request before bed with our selections and time to deliver. They never brought it. I called them an hour after it was supposed to be delivered and they hadn’t even started making it. They weren’t even apologetic. They actually acted inconvenienced. So I just cancelled it. I would never recommend it to anyone. The check in was easy and they were nice though.

New Year's Eve 2026! Great band but smaller venue and a few decorations.. Buffet was okay but much better in past years... Cocktails were good and staff was attentive with clearing tables. Alcohol and steps down to dance floor are not a good mix.😳. Our room was renovated and very nice. Buffet breakfast not worth the price. They were still setting it up @ 9:30 am. Food was tepid, and breakfast meats were like beef jerky. No butter or syrup for French toast that was not in a warming tray. No creamer on table for coffee ☕. We will rethink our next New Year's Eve party location..
