「The pool was closed by authorities because of unsafe conditions. The house emergency phone in the hallway didn't work. And the room key card system was not properly functioning. Room card keys didn't work until the system was corrected. A daylight savings time change issue.」

「Great location. Fabulous attached restaurant. Breakfast was hot, clean, lovely. Hotel is under renovation. But staff was wonderful to ensure I got an updated, appropriate to my needs (quiet, room darkening). Would definitely come again」

「I had no control over the temp in the room and there were no blankets on the bed. The hairdryer needed cleaning and smelled like burnt hair when I turned it on. The nightstand plug didn't work unless the light was on. I didn't find that out until this morning when my phone battery was at 20%. The bed was comfortable other than not having blankets.」
