「The room was generally clean and comfortable, with just a few areas that could use some attention—such as a light touch-up of paint around the windows and some hard water buildup on the shower head. The carpet showed a bit of staining, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options.」

「My room was not that clean and had a smell of cigarette smoke. I do want to say the staff are very pleasant and very respectful, but can only do so much with the resources they have. There was never any kind of juice in the mornings even after a person came in to fix the machine. Breakfast was adequate despite that. It was a convenient location but I don't know that I would stay there again.」

「This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, and it was not inexpensive. I felt like I was sleeping in a cellar. We booked months in advance and still got stuck on the ground floor, even though they were not full. The room was tiny, with the bathroom sink in the bedroom area. The bar was fairly nice. The restaurant was furnished like a cafeteria, even though it was expensive. On this trip, we stayed in four different hotels and this was by far the worst, even though two of our...
