「Staffs are good, but not too much choices of breakfast, facilities are low, e.g no kettle, you don't have anything at midnight as kitchen was closed. So they can't provide anything to you when u asked reception for hot water or ice at midnight. one day, Our key was in my friend 's bag, but they were going out so I tried to ask reception if they have spare key to let us in but they refused, then we needed to wait them back for giving us key. Refrigerator works but not cold enough for drinks. 」

「The appearance is good but there are more than 3 flies in the room all the time. The main door is never locked, which lets us feel insecure. The staff in charge was only nice to us when they expected us to stay for more days.」

「Uranides luxury hotel provides excellent service. The parking was great as it was not crowdy at all, there were only 2 other cars. We entered our appartment and were welcomed by the 2 very sweet owners. They made sure too show us around the appartment and told us everything we needed to know. They even provided us with a bottle of wine, crackers and a homemade dessert! The appartment was very big and clean and we had two beautiful balconies with a jaccuzzi too relax in. 「房間很棒，離機場跟海灘非常近，有私人泳池，跟一個公共泳池，但應該是隔壁還在新建工程所以地板都是沙，但整聽還不錯，隔天我們要趕班機接待人員也前一晚先為我們準備麵包果汁跟水果，服務挺好的，值得推薦」

「Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Ikies Filoxenia Santorini ! L'hébergement était très propre, fonctionnel et bien décoré. La grande chambre est agréable avec un lit king size. 「Jian at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. everyone was amazing from the house keeping staff to the breakfast staff, we were fortunate enough to go in January before the earthquakes and volcanoes. it was the best time of the year to go, there were no crowds and we were able to get around everywhere with no traffic. We celebrated our daughters 4 year birthday and she loved it. all the open restaurants or i should majority where in Fira this time of year 」

「飯店設施不錯，老闆娘對我這位語言不通者很有耐心的觧釋着飯店規範。只是入住時間稍微有些沒有彈性，下午一點到，堅持要在餐廳等到2點才能入住（當然國情不同只有入境隨俗才是尊重不同國度的文化），不過老闆娘還是免費送了一盤當地意大利馬鈴薯泥小米飯充飢，以彌補五臟廟（佛心來着）。地方乾淨，隔音稍差，淡季房價可接受因離市區有點距離。建議來聖托里尼可以住稍遠地價錢便宜方式來抵租車費用，因為有些地方不是公車可到之處，用走路對年輕人可能沒差，對膝蓋不好的我卻是大傷戰鬥力（前題是出國前先辦好國際駕照)，這樣愛什麼時候出門，愛在鄉間泥巴地亂鑽都好。」
