Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jacuzzis interieur et exterieurs qui sont l'un des points forts de l'hébergement. L'hôtesse (Lena) était très accueillante, serviable et arrangeante! Le ménage de notre suite était réalisé chaque jour ce qui est très plaisant. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Nice property, not as luxurious as it looks but it’s well kept and comfy. It’s located on a road that isn’t car accessible which was a bit of a challenge to navigate with transportation picks and drop offs but not terrible

Logement intimiste dans Karterados, petite ville bien située pour se rendre à Fira (7-8 min en voiture ou 30min à pied).La suite executive est extraordinaire, la piscine chauffée fait son effet, la chambre est gigantesque ainsi que la salle de bain et il y a des armoires pour ranger votre linge. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, vous avez le choix entre 4 propositions et il peut vous être servi en chambre ou à l'extérieur de la villa. Lena qui est sur place de 9h à 17h est extrêmement gentille et serviable et saura répondre à vos attentes. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez des vacances au calme.

Beautiful property and room, perfect for a couple, specially if you get the room with its own jacuzzi. The hosts were really kind. The breakfast is fresh and daily prepared. The villa has only 4 rooms , so it has a private feeling. Recommended

Our stay was exceptional. Our host Artemis is beyond perfect catering to all and every one of our needs. Stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights and from the night before our stay to the security line check in at the airport, Artemis took care of every one of our needs. Place is in a village area so you might need cars, but is easily walkable to nearby village and to Fira town. But for most of our stay Artemis drove us around anyways and would be around 20 euro per transfer. Place is beautiful and the indoor hottub was great. Artemis catered to us wanting a massage and got people to come in for that service and all the room service food was amazing. Could not have been a better stay. You don’t feel imposed or anything like that, they give you your own privacy but they’ll always be there at your beck and call and ready to help. They deserve all the ratings and more. We had a pleasant stay in Santorini because of them.

We spent 4 nights at Utopia villas and could not recommend it more! We had just stayed in Fira and Oia which were both far too busy and congested, but the moment we arrived and were welcomed by the concierge Efi we really started to enjoy our holiday. We stayed in the Junior Suite which felt so luxurious with the indoor hot tub and modern cave aesthetic. It was really well equipped with a kitchenette space and sofa, Netflix, travel adapters and steamer for your clothes. You would have to pay through the roof to get this luxury and comfort in the other places, and you wouldn't have any privacy there. But the main reason we would recommend Utopia is Efi, who was absolutely incredible! She is the friendliest and most amazing concierge we've ever met, and will probably ever meet! She anticipated our every need, and helped with anything we asked. On the first day there she booked us a sunset cruise, wine tour, arranged taxis and a quad bike for us. We didn't have to do a thing, she made our holiday so special. By quad in one single day we visited Meglachori, Pyrgos, Akrotiri and Fira, so the location was no issue and travelling by quad is a lot of fun! You can have breakfast served to your room or on the roof terrace which is cosy and has a hot tub overlooking the town. If you have any doubts before booking, don't, because Efi will make it worth it the second you arrive! We miss her already

Utopia Villas was an amazing experience and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Santorini Greece. It is very clean, I loved the visuals of the hotel, they provide breakfast, have a pool inside and outside your room and the view from the rooftop is amazing. It is walking distance to so many restaurants and other attraction and the Staff are the nicest people you can ever met! 10/10 my partner and I truly loved it!

Our stay here was soooo amazing. Loved every moment it. So clean and beautiful 😍👌 and the host makes the stay at this villa even more amazing. She makes you feel at ease by helping you with everything you may need, want or have questions about. She helped us with our bookings or canceling reservations when things came up as we didn't have easy access to out bookings, due to difference phone services, so she helped take care of those problems. Super attentive! Literally, you text her about anything you may have questions about, she responds right of way, not keeping you waiting. She was super kind and friendly. Definitely recommend Utopia Villa for your stay if you’re ever thinking about visiting Greece Santorini. Best part of my boo and I summer this year. Thank you Efi! 😊🙏💖

Amazing

This was the most amazing hotel we have been at for a while. Efi was a amazing part of it and also the room was amazing. She contacted us before we arrived and help us with everything. The breakfeast was amazing and the jacuzzi on the roof was just amazing. Overall there is nothing to complaint about and we Will definately be returning.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The hot tubs and lounges areas were outstanding. Breakfast in the morning was terrific. And most importantly, the staff, specifically Efi, was unbelievable in accommodating us and making us feel welcomed and at home during our stay.
