「The hotel is charming and well situTed on Lake Geneva. I had a third floor lake view room. Worth the extra expense to sit and watch the water. the hotel restaurant is overpriced for the menu, in my opinion. The service is superior- from the front desk to the cleaning crew and restaurant staff. I will def return. Very clean, good selection of keurig pods in room and I like the honor fridge with complimentary water bottles. 」

「We love coming here every year for the Illumination fest. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The arcade and bowling are so much fun for the kids, however the bowling is a little pricy for being an arcade game. 」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
