「Everything was great. Especially for the price. Comfort, cleanliness, and care is all we needed for our one night stay. Our expectations where met. Later check out time and a later pool access hours was a nice Bonus!!」

「I always enjoy the complimentary breakfast each morning. My room was cleaned well. The manager provided quarters for me to buy for doing laundry since there wasn’t a change machine. It’s a safe place to stay with friendly staff. The pool was nice, however the towels were too small. I enjoyed my stay and intend to visit again.」

「The breakfast was great. Room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. Both my partner and i woke up in pain from the bed. The front staff could havr been more informative as to times things close and when checkout is. She didnt give any information. 」

「We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!」

「Was pet friendly but charged more per pet than advertised, cash only. Linens might have been clean but were so stained and dingy, it was had to tell - replace or use some bleach every so often. Continental breakfast advertised was cereal/milk, coffee, oj and one pack of blueberry muffins - do a pack and go breakfast if you don’t want to serve food. Or don’t advertise you serve a continental breakfast. 」

「They need to do better with thoroughly cleaning rooms. Refrigerator still had someone else old food and beverages in it. Face towels were dirty.」

「The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep.」

「I stayed at this property last year en route back east after spending the winter in CO. When I was woken up early in the morning by chipping birds I remembered why I didnt ever want to stay here again. Come on propert owners - get rid of the birds and the garbage that needs to be brought to the dump! And please buy new Bed covers. The ones on the bed I slept in must have been used the past 10* years. It was disgusting. Sorry for this review but you have to know you need to step your game up!」
