「Nice location close to everything, easy check in and out , good customer service, clean room with all you need.」

「nothing in particular.」

「I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The property is maintained well.」

「No water pressure in room . Breakfast was very sad」

「Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. 「浴室的毛巾是发黄的脏的。」

「This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition.」

Eventually it was shutdown and peace was restored. Would stay again!」

To spare sheets in the closet for the pullout couch were also very stale smelling and the pullout couch was not a mattress. Just a hard of rock pullout bed. That's as best as I can describe it. If we had stayed more than one night, I would...
