「Reserved a mountain view room with private onsen. Unfortunately, the weather was not good so I could not see the Mount Fuji. Staff were nice and served us good food. Will definitely recommend for those who want to enjoy a fabulous vacation.」

「It is highly recommended if you are going on a road trip.It is suggested to download "go taxi" or uber since we mostly rely on taxi when we need to go out.You can also also ask help from the front desk to help you call a taxi to Kawaguchiko station, the front desk is very friendly and there are staff who can speak fluent English. Therefore, there is no worry if you do not know how to speak Japanese. The bell shopping mall is just the opposite of the hotel which is very convenient. You can find...

「Although is a little bit far away from the main area, the environment is wonderful and both private and public onsen are great. Really enjoy thr time of staying and must go again. Also, staff are so nice helping with calling taxi every morning so not really worry about the transportation problem. 」
