「It was really good that we received our check-in codes before we arrived since we got to the hotel before check-in hours. The hotel staff tried their best to provide an earlier check in which was much appreciated as the storage lockers were full. 「The female staffs i had contact with were great, very lovely to talk to; room was very clean, but the small bathtube could be challenging for people with reduced mobility. The location is great which was also a problem of noise , all the party goers and road construction at night kept me awake; ongoing noises of water pipes and toilet flushing from neighbouring rooms were also a boomer.」

Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud. 「It's good size for one person, could be tight for two. It's very well located between Royal Palace and Prado Museum, all within 20min. of walk. Around hotel there were many resturants and a minimarket for fruits, yoguts ect.. You need to ask toothbrush+paste, tissue when you checkin. One block from the main street, it's quiet. Overall it is a good place for the money」
