「The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep 」

「It's good size for one person, could be tight for two. It's very well located between Royal Palace and Prado Museum, all within 20min. of walk. Around hotel there were many resturants and a minimarket for fruits, yoguts ect.. You need to ask toothbrush+paste, tissue when you checkin. One block from the main street, it's quiet. Overall it is a good place for the money」

「Very good location, many cute shops and restos nearby and walkable to city center. Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud. Host was fast to communicate but things we requested were only able to be delivered to us the next day. Also, there was no whatsapp to communicate and we communicated over email. 「Todo estuvo correcto respecto al alojamiento. Lo único negativo fue la experiencia en el check-in: aunque informé con anticipación un retraso de vuelo, (con anticipación de 12 horas), el cobro adicional y la insistencia inmediata en el pago al llegar me hicieron sentir poco bienvenida después de un viaje pesado. Llegué 8:20」

「Perfect location. Walking distance to all tourist spots. Short distance to public transports. The room is very small but it got all necessary furniture. The shower is great. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and got daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The only drawback is the noise from other rooms due to very thin wall and also near the reception lobby. 」
