"Room was clean, shower makes noise with hot water. Furnace clicks all night. Didn't get room originally booked (15) due to irate elder guest who wanted it. Christian did his best but had to cave in eventually. Breakfast was good as aways and your staff very accommodating."

"The toilet in my room only partially flushed. I told the staff and they got someone right on it, but the fix didn't make much of a difference. I am a contractor and in my opinion they have a much larger plumbing infrastructure problem. The breakfast offerings were extremely sparse, not to mention the powdered eggs."
