「Honestly perfect location it’s in downtown and close to most of the touristic places walking distance!」

「We had a standard room, queen bed. The room was quaint with a large bathroom. Very clean, unfortunately no balcony but the windows did open. The hotel is absolutely stunning (and if you’re an OG 007 fan, you’ll notice a few filming spots) it has a decent size pool and a lovely beach. 「Remarkable and Outstanding」

「They are not all inclusive, you will have to pay for the spa and the laundry service. It is not adults only, there were children there and you can’t even wear an open button up shirt there even tho your ment to be on vacation. They tried to charge me $120 per person to check out 2 hours late and only charged the couple before me $40 for a 4 hours late check out. The booking app for the restaurants only works for about 3 hours daily so if you don’t make it then you have to eat from the buffet...

「The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

「The property was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but there was no working WiFi in the room nor working TV. The 2 bed room had very small beds maybe for children. There was no effort to check in the WiFi but the day manager was apologetic. 」

「I booked online for an emergency. I arrived and it looked deserted. I saw someone working and knocked on the door no one came to the door. I was charged and had to find somewhere else to stay. I think this place is a scam.」

「Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good.
