「best location in the beach, but need renovation」

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」

「The Atlantis hotel is in need of renovation, as it looks very outdated. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The male staff members at the reception were consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hotel needs staff who genuinely understand the importance of hospitality and guest service, which was clearly lacking during my stay. Finally, the hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality of its facilities and the level of service it provides.」

「The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away. 」

「Staff are good, location great. Elevators not always working, key cards need updating everyday. Room was not so clean, under bead had not been cleaned for a long time. Other people socks and piece of fruit. Small bugs in shower, windows look out to a wall and airconditioners. Breakfast is really good.」

「Bom café da manha e muito próximo da praia e do comercio local.」

「Not much staff speak Spanish or English even though customer service was good」

「There’s a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are very attentive. 」
