「The hotel and rooms are excellent. Having an on site washer and dryer with our two kids was very convenient. The staff are all excellent. Our host David was very professional and promptly responded to and facilitated our requests. The one drawback of the suite is that it does not have daily housekeeping like the rest of the hotel. David however scheduled a “refresh” for us when we asked. We would definitely stay again.」

The lobby was adorable with such a cute and welcoming ambiance. Everything was clean, and the location was convenient to get around easily. "My flight was cancelled due to a plane malfunction, which prevented me from checking into the hotel. So, I contacted the hotel before the check-in time, hoping to negotiate a refund. However, their front desk was hard to reach and they refused to give me a refund, which was very disappointing."
