「The bed is good as well as the shower, television, the wifi and airco. The area is close to restaurants and shops however there's room for improvement: - a bigger trash - a small fridge - floor is uneven and cracking - the reception does not have any tourist information (no maps from metros or sightseeing)」

「不错」

「 ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left...

「房间整洁，员工礼貌，很好。」

「excellent!」

「I stayed at the Rover over the weekend, and it was an outstanding stay. When you hear "boutique hotel without a reception," you tend to expect an affordable but impersonal experience. That wasn't the case here. I was greeted at the property by the property manager, Emily, who was warm and welcoming from the start. 「Price with fees get a bit over the average, and the garage is extremely expensive and annoying.」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「冷气的杂音大到无法入睡」

「Very nice 」

「I received clear instructions on how to check in and connect to the Wi-Fi in advance, so I had no concerns. Even though I arrived late at night, the check-in process was very smooth and easy. I also felt reassured knowing that the host was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality!」
