「No water pressure when arrived which was fixed great third day. Pool is amazing. Room had bugs but was sprayed day two which helped. Love the view. Staff not always friendly and did not even acknowledge us when entering or leaving. The friendliness was quite different then our great Thanksgiving stay. Would recommend stay on upper levels only. The shower could not have been cleaned as no water pressure.」
