"Limited Restaurants, Buffet only in morning. Restaurants close without notice and few open get too busy. Even there app will show all restaurants open but not the case. Property and staff are excellent "

"Let me just say to book this resort! We have been to many adult AI and this is definitely one of the best. Pros-1. The Staff-Luis is an amazing employee who cares about the guests and making sure everything is top notch. Anni was our butler and she goes out of her way to make sure you have anything you could possibly need! Omar-bartender who is professional and knows his mixology for sure! Miguelina-was always keeping the lobby and restrooms sparkling clean! Our room cleaning crew-(we had priv master suite) was spotless everyday with sweet turn down service as well. Sad i didnt get their names. All of these staff members should get a promotion. If they lived in the states i would have them working at my company at the highest level. Customer service from all is top notch! 2. Activities-From during the day with pool aerobics, foam party, African show, pool casino, volleyball, pool relay games(all were so much fun) to night activities with burlesque show, Michael Jackson show, fire show, piano bar, karaoke, bowling, golf simulator. Always something fun going on! 3. Food-most was amazing! All the wait staff are working hard to please! Favs were Blue Moon-Italian-and Priv lounge! The buffet has a nice variety and the omelette chefs are top notch! 4. Rooms and grounds were beautiful. Con-it did not happen to us but to our friends.....they do not have enough rooms with king beds. Book here you wont be disappointed! Cant wait to go back!!!!!! "

"Atelier is the perfect hotel for a great getaway. This is my second time here, and honestly, I don’t think any other hotel can top my experience. Everything about Atelier is amazing the food, the restaurants, the activities, the drinks, and the service. I want to give a big shoutout to Marcos and Jesus, who were the perfect servers by the pool always very attentive and on top of bringing us our drinks. We also want to thank the Arts & Experience team for keeping us entertained by the pool. They are all amazing Brandom has such a great personality, and Jessie and Corina are so sweet and kind. We took a piñata class and attended some evening events, which made the experience even more special. This place is exactly what you need to disconnect and have an amazing time..."

"Hotel is new , well cleaned daily , drinks at bar at not the best didnt really like , food at restraunts and service was not good , buffet food was better and large variety . Entertainment was good , club was small but had great music . check in was good very accomadating , we had a early flight and they give us a room earlier than regular check in time of 3 pm . check out they charged me $25 because i have red hair and i tinted the pillow cases when they wash that it comes right off , they didnt care about how i felt about it i asked for a manager and manager is not on site or available when you ask for them or your need them ."

"As always we are very pleased with the hospitality provided by staff and management of All Ritmo. Since 2010 for many years we visited the resort with our daughters and their husbands and their children, our 5 grand kids. Weather, ocean, sand, sun and always smiling and helpful staff were the sure features that keep us coming back. Aqua Park, night shows, kids club, activities are additional aspects of our favourite place. And we know the comparisons, we were in few other beautiful resorts in Mexico but we will come back to All Ritmo…🏝️🏖️🐠"
