「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」

「Clean rooms, friendly service, a wide variety of breakfast options, and very convenient valet parking.」

「It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive. I didn't ask for anything, but they treated us to a bottle of white wine and a box of chocolate, which was above my expectations! Beyond that, they upgraded us to a corner room. 「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」
