「Location closed to Interlaken West railway station, just 10-15 minutes walk. Also, it has a bus stop right outside the hotel and you can go to Interlaken Ost station readily. I love the breakfast buffet. The staffs are very nice and there are variety of food to choose. There is no air condition in the room, but there is a big hanging fan over the bed and it is ok. The design of bathroom is good and you can put all your stuffs along the side of the wall. The bad thing of this hotel is...

「Everything’s great.」

「The hostel to next to a nice and cheap supermarket which is excellent. It is very near to the town bascially you can walk to there and the road are all flats so is an excellent place. The place nearby are great. It has self dinning room and laundey which are great and have staff to clean up everyday. The staff are kind and frendly. Just a bad thing is the toilet floods as the water drains very slow. Be minded not to bath too long or else the entire flood will be water.」

「此背包客棧規劃了多種公用的區域，包括很大的大廳，早餐區，工作及休閒區，小庭院等，很喜歡這些區域的規劃，讓我們待在這些區域可以享受休閒和渡假的氛圍。最喜歡的是他們有大大的廚房，讓我們得以在住宿的期間可以自己下廚，吃到自己煮便宜又豐盛的晚餐，加上有免費的美味早餐，內心充滿感恩。房間方面覺得若增加可掛衣服的衣櫃、小毛巾及廁所多點置物的地方會更好。整體還是很喜歡的，希望未來能再入住。」

Great location and spacious rooms bu understaffed

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old. Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
