"Great location, near to railway station. Of management interested to have fully booked daily (to use manpower effectively) then they must provide following services as free / complimentary 1. Porter service at railway station to bring customer’s luggage if they have booking 2. Atleast 2 big bottle of still water per day per room 3. Effective Air condition services Room sizes are very less, one can say compact."

"We had a great room and view of Interlaken. Weather was very hot, room needed air conditioning. I was advised to use the fan. Later found out another guest had same issue and was offered air con on 5th floor. While a issue highlighted above, staff were very nice. We needed a plug socket converter as our two pin would not fit due to the socket shape. All provided free by hotel............just return on leaving. Thank you."

"Awesome experience at Hotel Krebs! Great amenities and accommodations. Great real A/C, and the included breakfast was good. Staff was really friendly and whenever we had a question, the staff had an answer! The history highlights in and about the hotel were a really cool touch! 10/10 highly recommended for anyone staying in Interlaken!"

"The views are incredible. The pool was an amazing amenity after a long day of touring around. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Eating options are limited in the area and we did not rent a car which wasn't ideal."
