「We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

「Arrived at the Hotel and the staff could not be more feiendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful property with a swiss feel. Room was great , indoor pool with Sauna and showers . Restaurant was amazing and probably our best meal in Switzerland. Perfectly located right at the beginning of all the restaurants and shops in Grindenwald. Walk out the door and two minutes you are in the heart of everything. Walked to Grindenwald First as well. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay there...

「整體好好！但是check in和check out 要到距離一個火車站到office ,實在不方便！這要改善」

「New apartment very convenient for Interlaken West trains and buses.Check-in was at a different location but we were driven to the unit. We did have an issue with the tumble drier which was dealt with promptly .At the same time I asked for more trash bags which also appeared. The apartment was very clean with good appliances and a decent hair drier The COOP downstairs sold an adequate selection of food and drink at prices comparable to Migros, but without the walk.
