"The hotel is well located close to the train station and handy for traveling and close to the beautiful blue river but we couldn’t sit outside as they were cleaning during the breakfast time. The staff were polite"

"Our apartment was large and clean and looked exactly as pictured online. We were visiting during a major heat wave so no air conditioning was pretty rough. The hotel does provide portable fans but they did not work very well so we had to keep windows open which allowed noise and knats at night. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed the location which was basically on the train platform. Very convenient."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are huge, basically a one bedroom apartment. Nice big balcony. You can open the top screen, which we didn’t realize until the last day. Pool was great and my granddaughter swam every day. Right across from the hotel is a huge green space where the paragliders land. Fun to sit and watch. The hotel is fairly central so lots of stores and restaurants to check out. There is a huge Coop right by the east train station, where we bought food. One negative is that there is no oven or microwave so you can’t heat anything up. Other than that is was a great place to stop for 5 days."

"Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice. Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy."

"This place is designed to be shared with others. This concept may be new to many. But if you understand it and accept it, you will see how great of a place this is. The location is great for traveling to and out of Interlaken. It is close to Harder Kuln and interlaken Ost train station."

"I am a manual wheelchair user and found this property to be very accessible. It's a bit strange but the hotel is also a care facility for elderly / disabled people so lots of power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, and walkers being used. All the hallways have grab bars like a hospital. I was not able to book one of accessible rooms shown in the photos but my room still had tile floor, grab bars, and a roll in shower so it was very accessible. The included breakfast is in the cafeteria with the permanent residents and had a delicious selection. Bus stop is located right in front of the property so it's a quick 2 minute ride from the Interlaken Ost train station to the hotel. All the buses have wheelchair ramps for boarding. It took about 10 minutes to wheel from the hotel to the train station (no hills)."
