「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「Good place, super easy check in and friendly staff. Room was not as clean as I expected from a Hilton, probably due to the age of the hotel. There were no water bottles in the room, which I thought a basic amenity.」

「The property is clean inside and around the hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re headed to UF, it’s 5 minutes away, really convenient. If you’re looking for a good dinner spot - Seoul Pocha is great right next door. So, overall a great experience. 」
