"Clean was clean and comfortable room. A little smaller than what we were used to. We enjoyed the massage chair. Fantastic location as right in the station and easy access to food and shopping and transport."

"The rooms were quite small for a twin room but still good. many room amenities were supplied, and near the concierge, they had single-use skincare and grooming sets for guests to take. the hotel was very clean and had two working lifts. each floor has a vending machine and microwave. the area is nice but, maybe for just us, a bit loud at night. The connections are great, you can take the midosuji (red) line at nishinakajima-minamigata station, and you have a direct connection to Osaka station and Kyoto with the hankyu railway. the hankyu railway station is called minamikata and is about 3 mins away from the nishinakajima-minamigata station. The hotel is about 15/20 mins away from Shin-Osaka station, the station you will need if you want to ride the shinkansen (bullet train) so this is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for short to medium length stays. "
