We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : )

Decent hotel, rooms were of a reasonable size so you’re not living out of your suitcase like in most hotels in Osaka & Tokyo. Can get a quiet night sleep. Walking distance to supermarket and amenities store. Train station 10 mins walk and has its own shuttle bus to train station. Staff spoke good English

大阪に行くたびいつも利用しています。 施設は周りのホテルに比べて古いと思いますが、きちんと手入れがされています。 ただ今回はセミダブルのベッドだったのですが、シングル。2つくっつけたものだったのと、ドアが引っ張らないときちんと閉まらないものだったのでちょっとマイナスです。

シングルルームでしたが、ベッドサイズは大きい。また、配置などで広く利用できた。バスタブは小さいが深さがあり、身長160cmの私には、十分足が伸ばせた。 備え付けのシャンプー類は香料が強く、嫌いなかおりではないものの、ハンドソープは気になった。 部屋着は、加齢臭があり、着るきにはなれなかった。 タオルは薄い。 スタッフの対応は親切丁寧、具体的には、駅のシャトルバス乗り場がわからず電話をしたところ、反対側にいたため、ある程度の分かりやすい場所を示して、再び電話するよう、歩くと5分はかかり、確かに、その場所に着いたら、先を丁寧に誘導してくれ、安全にたどり着く事ができた。細かい配慮が嬉しく感じた。

チェックインもスムーズに対応され、室内の 清掃も行き届いていた。 新大阪駅までの無料シャトルバスは、大変ありがたった。 ただ1点だけロビースタッフのおしゃべりが 長く声が大きくだったのは、残念でした。

15年以上大阪出張をしていますが、 このホテルは初めてでした。 外観は古き時代の良いホテルという印象ですが、 部屋も設備も綺麗で大変満足です。 飲食店を求める方には周りはビジネス街と住宅街のため物足りないかと。 価格が高騰している中、非常にリーズナブルに気持ち良く宿泊させていただきました。
