The property is very well located, with grocery stores nearby and Osaka Station just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside is that the air conditioning only functions in heating mode; so, if you visit during a hot season—or if you prefer to sleep comfortably in a cool room, as is my case—that won't be possible.

Hands down the best location, as it’s next to the Shin-Osaka station. Amenities were great, they provide an actual quality shaving razor. Also near Family Mart for anyone wanting a budget breakfast or dinner. Highly recommend for tourists.

Everything about this hotel is good EXCEPT for the location. It's not easy to find the hotel from the Shin-Osaka station. The closest exit to the hotel is EAST exit. Please use this exit only, don't go to the central or west. The staff members are very kind, professional, and helpful. The hotel amenities are good. The hotel and rooms are clean. Keep in mind that the room is quite small. My friend and I each had our own room. Therefore, I don't know how big is the room with twin bed. We are also not sure about the hotel breakfast because we didn't pay for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is good except for the location. This is the reason for the 4 stars.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Shin-Osaka station and had a big Onsen style bath. The hotel met my expectations. Only down side is my single room was very small although this is very common in Japan. I'd stay here again.

This hotel was good. We picked a room with a great rate but it was smaller than a cruise ship room. Everything was clean and the staff were all great. Great access to the Shin Osaka station, but little else was around the hotel.
