"I’ve stayed in a lot of small hotel rooms in Japan but nothing as small as this one. In our Hollywood Twin room there was not any space in to open a suitcase besides the bed or the floor right in front of the door. No shelves go put your things on. No bedside tables. Barely any space to move around the bed. And you can’t even store the suitcase under the bed. On top of that, you can’t use the coffee machine in the morning unless you have a breakfast voucher, even though you can use it at night for free, for some reason. For the price, very bad value. "

"Smaller room but location near Tokyo station a plus. A 7/11 was attached to the hotel - a handy feature when it is raining. "

"Great location, great view (lobby & dining room on the 16th floor), and clean rooms. Large selection of Japanese & western fares, and fresh fruit at breakfast. (Especially love the fresh lychee which we don't get back home.) Would be even better if the breakfast selections change up a bit each day."

"The hotel is situated in a quiet area, walking distance to main transport hubs. Checking was a breeze. Breakfast was really good with lot of healthy options and proteins. I loved the salad bar - helped to get my greens for the day. I also like the fact that hotel allowed us to use the Breakfast vouchers for lunch. Helped during the day when we had to skip breakfast and leave early for Mt. Fuji. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Laundry machines onsite. Room service was really attentive. Washroom was always very clean and the shower was spotless. Room was a bit small but was not an issue since only used to sleep after long days. Would definitely stay again."
