While the hotel offers some unique conveniences, several service and design issues made for a frustrating experience. **The Service Issue:** The staff's handling of my visa certificate request was unprofessional. At check-in, the staff was unfamiliar with the document but eventually agreed to have it ready for my departure. At check-out, a different staff member was very impatient and tried to dismiss me by incorrectly claiming I had to get the certificate from my booking site.
