The rooms are small but smartly designed, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bright yellow hotel pajamas were a cheerful touch and made for great photos. Good amenities: coin laundry, communal kitchen, gym, and water refill station. Friendly and helpful staff and plenty of nearby restaurants/konbinis. Affordable airport baggage delivery (book 2 days ahead). Perfect for travelers who want convenience, comfort, and value in central Tokyo!"

"Located right beside the Tokyo station entrance and bus stop in front. Clean room although smaller than expected. Good view of Tokyo railways from the window. Very helpful staffs. "

"The room and hotel were clean. The staff was however, was basically non existent. When we first arrived in the evening after a long flight we were asked to use self check in machine, despite there being a person at the reception. They also were very reluctant when we asked for help with our bags up to our room. The reception area is also a bar, which means it is constantly loud and full of people, especially in the evenings and there is no other way to the rooms other than through what seems like a pretty popular bar."
