"Loved our stay at the Marunouchi Hotel. Its location right next to the Tokyo Train Station was so convenient. The room was immaculate, but with limited storage. Recommend packing light or at least bringing extra hangers. Also recommend getting a corner room for a little more space. Enjoyed the morning breakfast (cost not included). Many options. Especially loved the pastries! The hotel itself only has two restaurants. Dinner prices are expensive. We ate the first night at the tappanyakki restaurant. It was delicious and memorable and worth the splurge. On the basement level 1 are many shops and restaurants that are reasonably priced. We loved the bakery which in addition to their selection of pastries, served a sit-down breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel staff was very helpful, although struggled a bit with English, but it didn’t present itself as a problem. Overall, very happy with the Marunouchi Hotel and would definitely recommend this high quality hotel. "

"This hotel was in a great location - located right across the street from a 7/11 and down the street from many restaurants and shops. The room was pretty small, which is difficult since we were traveling with a couple of large luggages."

"A wonderful clean hotel with everything we required. There is a convenient FamiMart on the ground floor as well."

"Room was clean. Water bottles were replenished every day. My room on the 10th floor face the main road but the road traffic sound is hardly noticeable if any. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was good. There is a laundry room situated on 9th floor. Three coin operated washer dryer machines provided. Location wise it’s a 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. A straight 15 minutes walk to Ginza. A convenience store is located adjacent to hotel entrance. Komeda’s Coffee is on the second floor that serves in my opinion good breakfast. We ate there four times out of our six nights there. My only negative issue is that the elevator carpet need to be check or vacuum more frequently. Looks rather dirty. Overall a good location for stay within walking distance from Tokyo Station."

"Very nice hotel in good condition considering - our room was probably last renovated in the early 90s. Based on the older models of tv in bathroom etc. services were great as well. Great location convenient to Gonzalez and imperial palace."

"We expected much more based on reviews. Tiny room, horrible smell from the bathroom and very run down. Breakfast was disappointing and the towels and sheets felt like we were at a very low end hotel. The only positive thing was the location but would rather stay further for this price."

"Hotel is strategically located in between Kyobashi and Ginza but also close to Tokyo Main Station. Kyobashi (Ginza Line) is just a doorstep distance from hotel itself and very convenient to catch a train. Room wise is clean and neat but the room is fully designed and utilised with the limited space although it looks small. Surprisingly the room comes with a massge chair. OMG! I will definately come back again to this hotel."
