「Everything about our short stay was lovely. The town was very quiet while we were there - our stay was primarily to visit the castle ruins (which we recommend!). Very charming town. The inn was very relaxing and we enjoyed the on-site onsen, and the excellent Japanese breakfast. The room was WONDERFUL. We loved the traditional architecture-with modern amenities-and the room was clean and had very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was modern and the complimentary drinks in the mini-bar area...

"They gave me an old room with smell of smoke while I ordered for an non smoking room. The interior in the room was so old that it looked nothing like the photo that attracted me to book the hotel. The new room they gave me was higher and was newly renovated which was similar to the photos that was shown in expedia. "
