「This place is beautiful and the view we had was incredible!! They put us on the top floor (8) with an ocean view. It was clear and gorgeous!! Room was immaculate and very roomy. The staff was exceptionally polite. I will definitely go back for a special occasion.」

「The front desk rep, Batoul, was extremely helpful in assisting us with ground transportation to Pasadena. Batoul also provided us with extensive information about the businesses around SpringHill Suites. Her customer service was outstanding. We also want to compliment the rest of the staff at SpringHill suites for their customer support as well. The cleaning staff service was also excellent in providing us with extra coffee and all necesseties. 」

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in...

「Room was clean. Parked 2 steps from door--liked that. Had 3 beds which worked well for a small group of friends. Front desk staff nice and prompt. Just across street from the beach!! Who cares if it was built in the 60s!--added to the charm. Liked the price. Had to report noisy people.」

「The beautifully made bed was very welcoming. Room was small but very comfortable. 2nd floor chairs facing the beach is a nice touch. Staff went out of their way to be if assistance.」
