Parking and check-in was easy. Staff was great and the location was near many different food and retail offerings. The mattress and pillows were noteworthy, better than some Hilton properties that I frequent. The Huntington Beach pier was an easy 20 minute drive from the property.

In the pictures, this hotel seemed better than average and in a good area. However, it was not sanitary and the staff was not the best. The room we got had a very dirty bathroom/tub and I would question the cleanliness of the bed sheets. Also, VERY noisey. Walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING adn EVERYONE. During our stay, we decided to shower in the morning and the water would not go down the drain in the tub. I called to have maintainance come fix it and he came to the room quickly, but the man knocked once and let himself in with a key! He didnt even wait for me to get the door. I felt so weird because it was me and my daughter in the room! The gentlemen didnt speak english well and spent 20 minutes trying to fix the drain and didnt fix it. After that, we couldnt shower the rest of our stay because the when someone would shower in the next room our tub would fill up with water and debris. I will not be staying here again. The price was great, but now i get why it was so cheap. I have attached pictures.

The only floor newly renovated is the 8th floor, all other rooms are not updated. There were plumbing issues as well, they moved us to another room, but it was still not much better. Locals informed us that this hotel is mainly used by the surgical centers to send patients for recovering, We do not recommend this hotel

Tv didn’t work had to get it replaced, the room was extremely dark very run down. Damaged carpet flooring, dirty stained bed pillow cases, windows, walls, tub. Ripped shower curtains. Sink had no stoppers, water doesn’t stop running. No air, circulation in bathrooms. Overall the staff was very nice but the rooms are extremely run down making it a very uncomfortable stay.

My first stay more than a year ago want the best due to wear and tear in the room we were given, the tub didn't drain, cut we were provided another room. My recent stay in March was great, however the AC didn't cool all that well. The hotel location is great, easy access to the 405 and there's great restaurants and stores within waking distance.

The website listing amenities was incorrect: 1-Free breakfast? No 2-Restaurant on site? Sort of. The Bistro opens at 7:30 p.m., serves drinks but no meals, just appetizers (phone in room still lists 'room service' though there is none) 3-Very limited TV channels Correct info: Free parking! Yay!!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. I knew this was an older property when booking and I was fine with that. The issue for us was the condition of the rooms. We arrived after a long 6-hour drive and the mattress in our first room was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I was so tired that night that I didn’t call the front desk, but the next morning after getting ready to leave for the day I asked if we could switch rooms. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room with somewhat better beds, although the mattresses still felt quite old. Unfortunately, on the second day I went to take a shower and found hair in the bathtub, and the drain was clogged. At that point I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. The staff was kind, but the property and rooms could really benefit from updates and better housekeeping.

The hotel lobby was in decent condition and appeared clean upon arrival. However, a noticeable sign in the lobby informed guests that the phone system was out of service due to its age and lack of maintenance. Two of the elevators were also not functioning during my stay. Throughout the property, I observed numerous signs of deferred maintenance, including scratches on walls, chipped paint, and general wear that hadn't been addressed. The room itself was the most disappointing part. The bathroom sink was visibly detaching from the wall—it appeared to have been poorly glued as a temporary fix and was still coming loose. Additionally, the toilet had a constant leak. Overall, the repeated issues with maintenance made it difficult to enjoy the stay or recommend the property. While the common areas were acceptable, the clear lack of upkeep in both public spaces and the guest room significantly impacted the experience.
