「Excellent place lovely breakfast」

「The most awful place ever !!! I booked this place as it’s not far from where I live and my best friend and new husband were coming from up North to visit myself and my very sick husband who has cancer among other health issues . This place was the scruffiest most awful place I’ve ever in my 66 years of life . 「Terrible!!!! My husband and I were bitten by insect bugs!!!! The place has got very old furniture, sticky surfaces, dirty and unpleasant odour!!! The four corners of the room had insects blood stains. Some of the lights were broken, the heated towel rail was not working, the heater was on timer and stopped working, the shower pressure was low!!! The restaurant was shut and not receptionist available after 19:30!!!」

We also noticed a persistent buzzing noise coming from within the room throughout our stay. Please note the hotel takes a £50 deposit for potential damages on check‑in. Overall our two‑night stay was...
