「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「The owner John, was an amazing host. Extremely friendly, a good conversationalist and a great cook. The B&B was filled with antiques and so many collectables that had great stories attached to a lot of them. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back!」
