「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

The email with the relevant codes and information on which unit we were staying in did not arrive on time, which was a problem and meant that we had to call to get the relevant information. The only other issue is that it can be noisy on the lower floors with people walking in and out through doors on the ground floor that slam shut constantly and are very noisy. Management should install some hydraulic door closing devices to control that issue. Double glazing on the windows will...

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Upper East Side. The location was incredibly central, just a short walk to the park and nearby attractions. The bed was super comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic experience.」
