"Overall was a good experience and convenient if you are planning to go to the Houston rockets game, it is within 3 minutes. Unfortunately, parking lot is not an option, you have to pay for it. "

"Room was extremely small. Lots of street noise until after 2:30 AM T/V reception was terrible. Within walking distance to Astros Ballpark. No onsite parking. 2 day stay with no maid service. Hotel staff not knowledgeable about streets in the area."

"The "presidential suite" was disgusting. The bahtroom tiles were all cracked and some paint or something olds residue was on it I can suppoly pictures and the valet was rude. Also restaurant was closed when needed. Wont book here again."

"Paid for ADA room that was needed and did not get one, had carperts outside my room being ripped up at 8:45 AM, entire lobby was under construction, checked 3 floors for ice and had none, mini fridges did not even work, and only one active elevator."
