The lobby had supplies of toiletries, lotions, and packets of green tea & broth powder. Check-in & check-out was done on self use machine. "This stay was great. We had all the necessities available and the room was very comfortable. It was one stop from Odawara station. My only suggestion is to keep in mind the amount of luggage you are taking, the room is on the fourth floor. "
