"We really enjoyed the size of the room and the comfortable bed and bedding. We also enjoyed the Japanese loungewear available for use. There was a cute gift shop. The breakfast buffet was nicely presented and had many options. Staff were pleasant. We stayed 2 nights."

"Enjoyed a big public bath. And building is relatively new. Twin bed room is very small but it’s enough for short stay for a person. It was not easy to find the hotel when coming from Odawara station. Couldn’t find any signs. And, if your room faces the station side, you can hear sounds of trains and announcements of odawara station "

"I stayed at 5 different accommodations during my visit to Japan, and Ryokan Plum was by far my favourite - it was a shame that I could only stay for one night! I stayed in the traditional tatami room, which exceeded all of my expectations. It was beautiful! The host (I forget her name) who greeted me upon my arrival was very kind and welcoming.
