「The hotel room was good, the front staff had a dog that has a very sharp high pitched bark that woke me up at 5a and continually barked at anyone coming or going, that is the only complaint, but it was enough to not ever book there again, personally I feel like a dog barking like that so early in the morning is not a great way to run a hotel business」

「No front desk. Had trouble unlocking the door upon arrival. Some maintenance folks happened to be there and helped out. Basically, it is not that the code based locks don't work. There wasn't instructions for how to use the quirky thing. It is a barebone facility. Worked for two nights.」

「I booked this trip with zero knowledge of the area. Gravity Haus was amazing. The entire staff makes you feel like an old friend. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. I would 1000% recommend. I will definitely be back many times.」

「The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!」

「Arrived late due to traveling. Keys on counter waiting for us. No contact with any staff. TV did not work in room and no trash can anywhere. Working mini fridge. It's a dated property but great location. Hot Tub may have worked but didn't open until afternoon, never got to use. Unimpressed, won't stay again.」

「The staff was very friendly. We loved our cabin, and wish there was more snow to take advantage of all the amenities. We were able to hike right outside the property and also did hot springs and tubing. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem in summer!」
