Had a nice stay at this hotel. Town is charming and walkable from this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our reservation and Alex really helped us out on it. Room was a good size.

Just a dated property, nothing bad and only stayed one night on our way to Estes Park. Loved the little town and rented a boat for couple hours and that was plenty for a cool September morning.

Close to Rocky Mountain NP, nice place to stay

Clean and comfortable. Good service. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking was a little tight, but otherwise no complaints.

this place met my expectations of place I like to stay when I travel...it was clean, and neat...the staff were accomodating with my need to change my reservation after 2 days (out of 4), it had nothing to do with them, it was the RMNP closure of the main road that limited our visit significantly!!! so I really appreciate them for that!!!

Everything was perfect with the room - clean, comfortable. Four stars because the hot tub was cold and that was the one reason i chose this place. Other than that, everything was great!

Very good but be prepared to unplug

My stay was a good one. This lodge is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Grand Lake. Unfortunately, the WiFi was extremely unreliable (even the one with the EXT on it). Its location tucked up against a hill made cell service dicey as well. Otherwise, very comfortable and clean! Never saw or spoke to any staff but I was taken care of.

The front desk person was very kind and accommodating. He allowed us to check out a bit later so we could finish our hike. The room was quiet and clean. The location was within easy walking distance to the lovely Grand Lake downtown area.

Check in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly. Its a very basic room but has everything you need. Little dated. The room was super hot when we got there and even with the ac on and opened window when it cooled down it stayed warm all night. Good walking location to shops and restaurants. Bonus for being dog friendly.

It was fine. Good location. Modest accommodations, and it was quiet. The wifi connection very erratic, which was really frustrating (since it was hard to get cell service).

Probably won’t stay here again. Room was extremely basic, bed was ok. Wi-Fi was horrible. Dirty fork and random cooler outside our room. Grounds need maintenance. Nowhere really for a dog to do their business. Parking lot was hard to maneuver. Had to flush toilet twice each time. My diet cokes exploded in fridge since it was set to frozen. Love Grand Lake but Spirit Lodge is a better option.
