McKenzie and the team are on point when we arrive, the staff is friendly and always welcoming. They are pet friendly with a small fee, but every penny worth it for our pup. Stayed 3 weekends in a row and everytime was the absolute best.
We loved our stay. It’s a very pet friendly hotel, and very clean. Great amenities and super cute kitchenettes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room layout was awesome. Loved the fireplace.
We stayed at this hotel for one night and really enjoyed it. We travel with our dog, Kacie and she was greeted with a goodie bag of a bandana, cookie and a sheet to cover the bed. We would stay again if we get back to the area.
Love it here, everything was amazing. Clean, the bedding was amazing. Its a dog friendly place too.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was a great location for downhill mountain biking, I have stayed in this hotel numerous times and it is showing its age, the room is clean and comfortable.
We love this property because we’re able to bring our pet with us who’s part of our family they treat people and animals with such great respect. Love the hospitality.
Justin was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is my new go-to hotel for the Winter Park area. Convenient access to all the local areas, cabriolet lift, and a short drive away from the Fraser and Rendezvous communities, where they have fantastic recreation areas and some wonderful coffee shops. If you're willing to drive up to an hour or hour and a half from this spot, you'll find lots to do in any direction. From visiting trolls in Breckenridge to relaxing in the Hot Sulfur Springs Spa, or staying local and visiting a skate park or bike trail or going fishing in the local managed ponds, there is no shortage of activities for all ages.
The staff was excellent. The room had no air circulation and was hot. There was a plug in fan that was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep with it on. The shower was poor with just warm water.

Nice location, simple unfussy accomodations, plus great hot tub!
This is a VERY dog friendly hotel. They gave us a goodie bag for our pup and even an hang tag for the door when our dog was in the room. They have great outdoor spaces for the dog to walk and poop bags and cans available. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay here again. They made traveling with our pup so much easier!
