"Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was not bad at all for price- great for overnight stay with pets! Will be back if we come through Denver again "
"Front desk lady was very rude. For a Hilton break off this place is nasty, carpets are 20 years old and looked like the belonged in circus circus in the 80's"
"Excellent location, that is tucked away to serve a quiet atmosphere for lodging. Surrounding area had gree space for walking and a few places to go eat and drink. "

Step back in time at the historic Central City Opera House, where world-class performances still grace the stage. The town also features casinos housed within Gold Rush-era buildings, complementing the charming small-town streets that preserve the area's rich mining heritage.
If you're look to gamble, Central City is a great place. We did not gamble while there, but hiked at St Mary's glacier. It is a great location, close to a lot of hiking trails.

A must know it's that if you are doing weeknights, be sure to eat earlier, as all the restaurants are closed by 9. However, you will love that it is all walkable and has a shuttle option as well.

Very cute area. If you come here you need to go through town out to the historical cemeteries. They are so interesting and really cool.

Central city and Blackhawk were really nice. The shuttle bus that is available all day long is a huge plus.

Good
I'm not a gambler or smoker so I didn't appreciate the casino; however, the suite was very nice and quiet and the hotel restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the Central City Opera.

Just a beautiful little place. But would not recommend for wheelchairs
"Overall this is a great spot - convenient, great staff, great bar/food options. The only slight negative was the lack of cleanliness of the outdoor space (lots of dirty dishes left on tables with no people sitting at them) and the missing corn hole sacks. Other than that the experience was stellar and we would definitely return. Also, the bar staff deserve a raise. I have never seen hotel bartenders so eager and willing to accommodate guests close to closing/after posted hours. Truly exceptional service from the check in desk and at the bar for sure."
"The staff was overly hospitable, kind, generous, and friendly. They let us stay an hour longer and charged our iPhone when we lost our cord. The Casino is spotless and huge, with free coffee day and night. The room was beautiful as well. "
"Everything was clean and first rate. Loved the showers and the breakfast. Every morning was excellent. If we make it back to Denver will definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Kudos"
