「Casino sucks no table games」

「The check in was quick but not friendly, the room was some what clean, the air conditioning did not work properly. We had to set you he thermostat to o 65 and leave the fan on constantly to try and keep it comfortable. They didn't have shampoo and body soap in the container for the shower. Not a great experience. Won't stay there again.」

「When we arrived at Lady luck, there was no staff at the check-in desk. We had to walk over to the horseshoe Casino so that we could check in and get our room keys. The room itself was clean, but the sink was terribly clogged up. The hairdryer did not work. And the coffee maker did not work. For the money I spent this room was subpar at best. I will never get a room at Lady luck Hotel and Casino again.」

「This property is very nice. Fully remodeled from a turn-of-the-century home built in Georgetown. Jamie, the owner, was kind and courteous. Accommodations were perfect and clean, and her breakfast was yummy every day. We would highly recommend this location to others wanting a charming get away.」

「I booked this hotel over others or an Airbnb for several reasons - breakfast provided, AC, and the cleaning service. The breakfast was very lacking, minimal options. The AC was not working - it was consistently 75 degrees in our room despite the AC turned on blowing air constantly. Our hotel door room did not lock/the card reader did not work so anyone could walk in if the deadbolt was not turned. I brought it up to staff and she suggested I shut the door harder - that was not the issue. It was...

「This place was super cute and full of character. Tucked into the mountains, but easily accessible. There is a general store across the street. The lady that checked me in was very nice. The lounge was rustic and inviting and was stocked with games and a pool table. They have indoor hot tubs (which I sadly didnt have time to use). My room was clean and comfortable. Free waffles and coffee for breakfast! I'm not sure when I will be back through the area, but I know where to stay when I do.」

「Unclear listing, inaccurate information on property pages. Needs quarters to take showers but was not told in advance. Poor sanity in the restroom and bathroom」

「The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.」
