「Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. 「We had an amazing, relaxing time time. Jon was awesome!」

「Very spacious room and Simon at the front desk was awesome. Will be back」

「The room facilities are modern.」

Yet their policy also says they will text the room number and door code once you check in. Not 2.5 hours later will they send a code. If you want a place to actually...
