Staff was very friendly and provided great suggestions of places to eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! Our room was very clean and cozy, enjoyed the hot tub and local restaurants. Very pleased with our experience here! The only “problem” was the WiFi. Other than that I have no complaints! We will definitely be back!

Foot of the Mountain was a quaint motel that was a wonderful basecamp to visit Boulder. We visited for a recent football game, and the motel was only a 10 minute car ride from campus. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure that we were enjoying our stay. The quick hike up into Boulder Creek Path was scenic and simple, but filled with great interior views of the foothills.

I liked how close it was to the mountains and Boulder Creek, without being too far away from tourist destinations like Pearl St and the University. Plus, the sauna company behind the motel is very convenient.

This is a really nice place to stay. The room was beautiful and checkin was easy. Nice walking trails and the creek is a 2 minute walk from the motel. Breakfast was very nice too. I would love to come and stay here again!

This is a rustic motel and by that standard it’s an excellent one. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near a park and walking trails. Great value. Would stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay with great staff! The room was cozy and beds comfortable. You can walk to Pearl Street, there’s a bike path and hiking trails nearby. I really liked the grassy area behind the hotel that was quite relaxing. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Foot of the Mountain for a memorable time!

Great location

I was in the area to hike and visit family. Very basic and rustic but clean. The location was great, close to everything and a beautiful park across the street. We didn't have time for the sauna. Hopefully next time. Parking was easy

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The sauna and cold plunge were nice to use in the morning after a run along the rapids which are 10 steps out the front door. Super clean, AC was nice and cold, plus the breakfast was great after hiking the night before. The next time I’m here I’ll be booking with Foot of the Mountain no doubt
