「Rat trap in Hall. Carpets look like not clean in a year. No elevator. 1 lock from major rail passing. Tub needed cleaning and drain left me standing in 3 inches of water」

「Our room was supposed to be an accessible room, it was not. They did put a chair in the tub, except that I can't get into a tub. Only 2 ramps, 1 by the office and one by the accessible rooms and our room was in the middle of the ramps. Couldn't get my chair on the sidewalks due to they had benches in front of every room. The hot tub was closed and told us they weren't allowed to open it!!! The pool was clean but not cleaned leaves and branches.」

「Good location was pretty good size room and everything was clean and tidy. Hotel was safe and quiet as well only thing was wrong was that it looked a little worn from the outside although for price i got it was a good deal also AC was amazing.」

「My experience was alright but it is clearly in transition. Owner is very involved and front staff was kind. It was advertised as having smart tvs and I selected it over cheaper places because of this but they do not actually have the remotes for the smart tv , just for the regular tv function. I was trying to catch a specific program while traveling (no laptop) so this was a bummer and frustrating. I docked a star for this only because it was not as advertised.
