Quirky, old, remodeled, hotel with wood floors and rooms with themes. I had the John Denver room. Clean room with comfy bed. Bathroom was a tight space and it took awhile for the hot water in the shower. Overall a interesting and pleasant stay.
Staying here was great! Lots of old charm in the hotel with spacious and comfy rooms. Lobby downstairs was a really nice place to hangout in the mornings as well.
The best part about staying at this hotel is the fact it’s an old property. The hotel is charming and rustic. I could imagine Doc Holliday and Kate staying there; don’t know if they ever did, but the rooms and set up make one think that.
This was the most unusual place I've stayed at in awhile. I enjoyed it, but it's quirky. The room was small, but worked out just fine. The tv worked, as did the ceiling fan. They were pet friendly, which was the big sell for me. You really felt like you were staying in a hotel from the early 20th century, but that's not a criticism. The stairs creaked, the hallway was narrow and I wound my way with 3 right turns on the second floor. The lobby was a legitimate front parlor. I never saw anyone from the staff. They left my key, with my name, at the unattended box at the front door. I left the key there in the morning. I would stay there again if coming through town. Thanks.
This was a very cute old hotel, perfect for my stay. Very clean and well maintained.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This is an old property with it's age showing. That said, it was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. If you know what you are buying with a stay here, it's worth it. I would stay here again.
The property is clean and convenient. It is quaint and well done.
There was no cream available for the coffee service and we did not see any employees.
Loved this place. 1906 western hotel with creaky hardwood floors and a welcoming lobby that harkens back to that time period. Rooms are all themed with my stay in the John Denver room with a log wood interior and assorted Denver records. Room was actually nice sized with a comfortable bed, tv, fridge and microwave. Bathrooms are small so take note, and the floors creak so you will hear it in the morning. Will definitely return to try a different themed room!
The hotel has a great location within walking distance of everything in town. The art and antiques are a bonus.
Both nights I was there I had to listen to a young couple who did not put their toddler down, one night approaching midnight.
I might suggest you implement a "Quiet Time," say 10 PM and enforce it.
It was all right for the one night I stayed there. If it would have been for more than one night I would have driven elsewhere for other accommodations. Floor was incredibly squeaky!! Room was horribly hot and t.v. was basically like not having a t.v. at all with a roku fire stick plugged in and really not able to get much.
I understand that this place has been around since the early 1900's so I didn't expect much but the owners have tried to make it comfortable by giving each room a theme and making it as cozy as possible.

Main room with 2 beds was clean, decided not to shower since it appeared old and rusty, toilet never worked during our one night stay. Plunger on-site didn’t help. No A/C, tried opening the windows but had another storm window that.made it difficult to get outside air. If on 2nd floor, will need to carry all bags up. Walls are thin and wooden floors are extremely creaky. The place has potential but needs a lot more work.
Kremmling is a smaller town that's full of ranches and is picturesque in every way. We chose hotel Easton as it was close to hot sulfur Springs. It's easy to find, they leave the key in the front foyer for you.... And then you begin the adventure that is the hotel at Easton. This 120-year-old building creaks at every possible step, and is filled with everything from Victorian era to modern conveniences. The rooms all have a theme, everything is clean, it is a real character. I did find the mattress to be exceedingly hard.... But I slept the full night and I did fit in the tiny shower. The grand restaurant next to the hotel was lovely and made a great cheesesteak, and the following morning we had coffee at the shooter and it was wonderful. I would love to live in kremmling someday!
This is a unique and historic experience. Everyone should stay here once. This was our third time. Unfortunately it will be our last. Remember - everyone should stay once. The floors creak like a very old historic bldg should be expected. But the wiring scares me. They have one duplex outlet that serves every light, refrigerator, microwave, tv, ceiling fan and lights, plus whatever you bring. There is no one on the property all night but it is in a crimeless city. I wouldn’t advise a woman by herself to stay - you won’t be comfortable. But, you know, Zane Gray stayed here while writing one of his books that featured the horse and rider naturally “engraved” in the bluff across the street. It is worth a stay. It is a fascinating hotel. We have come 3 times.
Such a wonderful, old historic, hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed walking through the 1800s while staying in this hotel. I imagine Billy the kid or Buffalo Bill probably stayed at this hotel. Highly recommend and will stay there again if I'm ever going through Kremling.
I think the property was great for the price. It was really old looking and dressed up really nice. The only thing that could be better was the shower floor. Glad we stayed had a great rest.
No on site person in sight.
The place could make capital of its rustic Western quaintness and nearness to Kremmling Cliffs and reservoir-lake recreation opportunities. But it needs updated infrastructure. Half-way to 21st century.
