"Nice, super quiet room facing river was beautiful. Facilities and location is great, staff very helpful and a nice buffet breakfast. The only let down was the terrible rain shower head that had no water pressure "

"The location was great for me, very convenient. I arrived after hours and there was a little mix up with my key card to get into my room. It was rectified quite quickly which I appreciated. The apartment itself had everything I needed. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen facilities were great. Very comfortable bed. I would stay here again. Great proximity to rail and tram."

"The room was clean but there was a strong urine smell in the hallway and some in our kitchen area but not the bedroom. It was not there the next day. It is located in an area with many oriental restaurants but no traditional ones."

"All rooms were well presented, beds were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. I was easily able to extend my stay but needed to change rooms however the staff were more than happy to take my luggage to our new room. Over the course of 5 days I stayed in 3 rooms and felt all shower bases needed a good old fashion scrub to clean the grout as mould was present in all 3 showers. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Suggest opening the bar a little later in the evening on weekends. Most staff were very kind and helpful, one was somewhat abrupt. Tea/coffee in the room was average. "
