We really enjoyed our stay at City Limits. Great location, spacious room with kitchen, welcoming reception, ready access to tea and coffee in the lobby, steps from the legislature, theatre and restaurants. Honestly, our first choice for a future stay in downtown Melbourne.
Good kitchenette; close to restaurants - good, but that also means there can be some late night noise on the weekends so take earplugs. Close the Aust Catholic Uni, parliament house and easy walking to Fec Square and the National Gallery of Victoria. The Little Gordon cafe next door is excellent for coffee, brekky n lunch.

We had a good time here, it’s so nice and close to all restaurants and shops. The service was excellent, room is clean and all the receptionist were so helpful. I recommend anyone who wants to find a place to stay, City Limits is the one.
The lovely man who checked in (unfortunately I didn’t grab his name) my mum and myself for our one night stay made our experience 10/10. It would be the hotel’s loss to ever lose an employee like him! Super friendly service!
The room itself was perfect size for my mum and I. The staff organised 2 single beds for us before arriving without any hassle, along with the extra towels we requested!
We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
