Clean spacious room was perfect for a longer stay. However, very minimal soap provided for a 5 night stay, and seemed to be an ongoing problem of a lack of bath towels, e.g. no hand towel & foot towel provided. Friendly staff were great.

Was certainly adequate, albeit it's all a bit faded & tired. The rooms are large. Not fussed that on a multi-night stay the room was unserviced but extremely disappointed that when I requested new towels, soaps etc my request was ignored & nothing provided.

The first room I went in to hadn't been cleaned so I was moved to another in the ground floor. They asked if I was ok with only towel as they didn't have another. Other than that it was quiet and walking distance to shops.

Tried contacting the property via both phone numbers for 5 hrs. Could not arrange a late check in. Have never received a call back & had to no show for the booking. Have followed up with email & have not had a response. Also had Expedia follow up & they have not been answered either. Terrible customer service!
